schools for getting rid of stubborn marks. Reader Adam French adds:

struggled with this all the time until a friend handed me a Mr. Clean
Magic Eraser. With a little water, it eliminates all ghosting on my old
dry erase board. I generally follow it up with some window cleaner just
to bring back the board's friendly sheen.
