The DoD continues to tarnish its image. On May 7 the DoD provided the famous Taguba report on Abu Ghraib to the Senate. On May 26 it was found to be missing critical sections (that had to do with Rumsfeld's and Gen. Miller's actions to ramp up activity at the prison last fall). The DoD promised that there wasn't a cover-up and promised to send the sections immediately. As of today, those critical sections have not arrived. Time to revisit this: clearly the effort here is to put as much distance as possible between the initial revelations and evidence of any involvement of Rumsfeld and Miller.
